I will say this she could move her lips to all her play back and make it look and sound “live”. That is a true perfectionist and no wonder she called her a “one take girl” brilliant just brilliantly done

I know it´s “Kelly” But the guy spelled it wrong, anyway he did post the film.
This movie was so cute! I cried when the first Nellie doed though! It was a great movie!
they are showing it tomarrow on tv. tcm. I’m afraid I can’t be there, so I’m gonna rent it on netflix.
Judy performs a lovely rendition of “Singing in the Rain”…I hope they release “Little Nellie Kelly” on dvd in the near future.
I don’t wish to contradict official video info, but according to JGDB, the first movie Judy filmed after “The Wizard of Oz” was “Babes in Arms”, followed by “Andy Hardy Meets Debutante” and “Strike Up The Band”, before filming “Little Nellie Kelly” In August and September of 1940. Oz filming finished in March of 1939.
